We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times range from 3-7 business days for domestic orders, depending on your location and the size of the items purchased.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Living By Design ships to addresses within the continental United States. We are looking to expand to international shipping in the near future.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment options via Affirm for qualifying purchases.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all furniture items come with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience an issue, please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the defect.
